Dunagan Counseling Collective is becoming Practice Elements + Co. We have updated our practice management name to reflect our growing infrastructure. While Practice Elements + Co. manages the technology and operations you see here, your clinical care remains exclusively with your independent clinician.

Counseling

We offer professional online counseling for individuals, couples, and families across Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. Licensed therapists provide personalized, evidence-based care to help clients navigate relationships, life transitions, anxiety, and stress. Sessions are held virtually for your convenience, offering compassionate, confidential support wherever you are.

People usually reach out to therapy when they sense something in their lives, relationships, or sense of self isn’t working the way they want it to anymore. You may find yourself feeling ‘off’ or disconnected from yourself, having the same argument over and over, overwhelmed by anxiety, or carrying experiences that your mind understands but your body still reacts to. Maybe you’ve tried to “just communicate better” or push through on your own, and it hasn’t worked the way you hoped.

I specialize in working with trauma, grief and loss, and couples/relationship concerns. In our work together, we slow things down and make sense of what’s happening underneath the surface. Trauma and loss don’t just live in memory — they shape how we respond, connect, trust, and protect ourselves. For individuals, therapy often focuses on understanding how past experiences are showing up in the present and helping your nervous system finally feel settled again. For couples, we focus less on who’s right and more on the emotional cycle you’re caught in, so you can move from repeated conflict and distance toward safety, responsiveness, and connection.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. Therapy with me is a conversation — you don’t need perfect words, and you don’t have to carry things alone. My work is rooted in attachment-based therapy, and I integrate EMDR along with approaches informed by the Gottman Institute and Prepare/Enrich. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and also completed a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy.

Reaching out to a counselor can feel intimidating. If you’re here, you’ve already taken a meaningful first step. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you work toward the kind of connection, clarity, and path you’ve been hoping for.
